Have you formally retired, notwithstanding any post-retirement employment?
If so, IRSEA would welcome you to join our enthusiastic and mutually supportive community.
Associate Memberships of IRSEA
In addition to memberships for retired senior educational administrators, IRSEA has introduced Associate Memberships. This class of membership invites currently serving senior educational administrators, who have not yet retired, to apply to join IRSEA.
Membership subscription fees and voluntary donations
IRSEA membership fees are currently (2026) $30 per year.
The members’ subscriptions cover the costs of publishing and distributing the IRSEA News
and other operational expenses.
Stewart House is our focus charity.
Members’ voluntary donations and income from our activities are forwarded to Stewart House each year.
In 2025, IRSEA signed an MOU with the Public Education Foundation (PEF).
We invite members to make voluntary donations to PEF.
Stewart House, however, will remain our major charity to support.
* For IRSEA membership, a senior educational administrator is a person employed as a chief education officer (or inspector of schools) and any non-school based position above CEO in the NSW Department of Education,
and in equivalent positions in TAFE NSW.
